Benefits of mud for you skin 

Since ancient times, the mud has been a very important element for skin care, as it is rich in minerals and is mostly used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes.

El barro en su aporte medicinal ayuda a tratar varias enfermedades como el reuma, el metabolismo orgánico o la circulación. También se hacen tratamientos con este elemento llamado barro-terapia para desinflamar golpes y calmar dolores musculares.

Este elemento lo podemos conseguir en mascarillas, o simplemente aplicar barro con agua templada sobre la piel para que ingrese mejor a través de nuestra piel. También para un mejor resultado podemos añadir manzanilla y así aumentar sus propiedades. Este tratamiento se debe mantener  alrededor de unos 10 o 12 minutos. Con los resultados de este tratamiento podemos conseguir que nuestra piel este suave y radiante.

Most viewed floral prints are very distinction of colors that can reflect the personality of each person, taking into account that the drawings are in line with the figure for this defined look. You can also mix different patterns, taking into account that it has to be similar like geometric figures, without exaggeration because we do not want these outfits to look like a costume.

How can you use these garments? This trend brings prints mostly in garments like shorts, skirts and / or pants (either jeans or leggings). To contrast this thing, on top you can wear wide blouses with basic colors, considering that if you use a wide piece at the top, you could wear a garment close-to-body on the bottom to have a balance.

La nueva tendencia que se presenta y con la cual muchos diseñadores han deslumbrado en sus pasarelas es con los diversos diseños de estampados que se presentan en esta época de primavera-verano 2013.

Los más vistos son los estampados florales con mucha distinción de colores que pueden reflejar la personalidad de cada persona, teniendo en cuenta que los dibujos estén en armonía con la figura para que esta se vea definida. También se puede mezclar varios estampados, teniendo en cuenta que sean similares como los de figuras geométricas sin exagerar ya que no queremos que este outfit parezca un disfraz.

¿Con que prendas podemos utilizar los estampados?, esta tendencia trae consigo los estampados en su mayoría en las prendas como shorts, faldas y/o pantalones (ya sea jeans o leggins). Para contrastar en la parte de arriba podemos llevar blusas anchas que sean de colores básicos, teniendo en cuenta que si vamos a utilizar alguna prenda ancha en la parte de arriba, lo que llevemos abajo sea alguna prenda pegada al cuerpo.

I want to start a very cool segment that probably is going to help you on many things like keeping your hair as you want or maybe get your skin prettier,  I do some of this tips and I can tell you that all I am going to writte work for me so with this I hope that it work for you as well.

Makeup according to the color of your eyes

There are many ranges of colors to choose makeup, but definitely there are certain colors that combine in a better way according to the color of your eyes.

• With green eyes, you could use some colors like violet, purple, gray and metallic. Another proposal can be brown and bronze.

• With brown eyes is ideal treating related shades like brown, beige, bronze, and also with gold and copper.

• With honey-colored eyes, you could use the combination of navy and black.

• To provide a contrast to the blue eyes and make it stand out, you could use terracotta and brown colors.

Maquillaje según el color de tus ojos

Hay muchas gamas de colores para elegir el maquillaje que vas a usar, pero definitivamente hay ciertos colores que combinan de una mejor manera de acuerdo al color que tengan tus ojos.

·         Con los ojos verdes  vendrían bien los colores violetas, morados, grises y metalizados. Otra propuesta con este tipo de color de ojos seria los colores tierra como el marrón y el bronce.

·         Con los ojos marrones es mas ideal tratar tonalidades afines tales marrón, beige, bronce, y también con dorados y cobrizos.

·         Con los ojos de color miel vendría bien la combinación entre azul marino y negro.

·         Para darle un contraste a los ojos azules y hacer que estos resalten más podrías utilizar los colores terracota y marrón.
